If you are reading this because you have emailed us and not received a response within 24 hours, please send an email to . If after sending an email you do not receive an automated reply from the support address then you need to speak to your ISP about your issue. We can do nothing if your ISP uses aggressive filtering. Please make sure that you check all spam / bulk mail folders even if our emails have never gone into that folder before. This includes folders on your webmail, many ISP's do not deliver bulk email via POP3.
Those of you on embarqmail will not get our emails delivered due to them refusing to deliver any mail from us.
Alternatively use a gmail, yahoo or hotmail address to contact us as they normally deliver emails
